Returns & Exchange Policy For ALL Orders:

• All downloads are final.
• All returns or requests for exchanges must take place in the first 30 days from the date of delivery:
• 100% refunds will be given if the return is necessary due to a Mainstream Media error or if the item has been found to have a manufacturer defect within the first 30 days following the date of delivery.
• Refunds/Exchanges will only be given after product has been received by Mainstream Media and fully inspected by the returns department.

• Refunds will not be issued if a product has been opened and is found to be without defect even if the return takes place within 30 days. 
• For CDs and DVD's "opened" is defined as the outside plastic wrapping is broken open. 
• If a return is postmarked 30 days after the delivery date the items returned will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense
• Any customer that requests an exchange will be subject to normal shipping & handling fees in addition to a two dollar ($2) restocking fee

Description of Shipping Methods & Shipping Day: 

• Products are shipped within the US only.
• All products ship through USPS First class 5 to 10 days unless arrangements are made prior to shipping. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be sent by another method.
• All products ship the business day following the day you placed your order. 
  • For example:  If you placed an order on Monday, it will leave Mainstream Media on Tuesday. If you place an order on Thursday, Friday or Saturday it will ship to you on Monday.
